Who should switch
If you watch a handful of websites or APIs and want email when they break, plus a public status page, Uptime Forever does it for less than half the price. If you need SMS or phone-call alerts, TCP port or ping checks, or team accounts, UptimeRobot still does more.
Moving over
- Export or copy your monitor URLs from UptimeRobot.
- Sign in and add each URL; keyword monitors keep the same "contains / doesn't contain" logic.
- Pick an address for your status page and update the link on your site.
- Leave both running for a day, then cancel UptimeRobot before it renews.
